Responsibilities

• As a Front Desk Agent you are responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the spa team to include scheduling, payment processing, and merchandise sales.
• Greet guests and offer assistance and/or instruction in the use of the Spa.
• Collect fees and accurately handle all cash, checks, credit card, gift certificates and comp transactions.
• Maintain on a daily basis a high level of cleanliness in the spa facilities.
• Unpack, stock and price all merchandise in the retail area as needed with the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Schedules spa and salon treatments
• Responsible for knowing all new policies and procedures in the Spa.Adhere to all policies and procedures for the Spa.
• All other duties assigned and required to help enhance the spa.

Requirements

• One (1) year spa or retail experienceStrong problem solving, decision making and consulting skills.
• Superior customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skill
• sFully competent in Microsoft OfficeAbility to review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
• Ability to inspect and maintain areas for which responsible.
• Ability to use the equipment associated with the position to include spa facilities and cash register.
• Ability to move around work area effectively and efficiently.
• This position is physical in nature and requires the ability to maneuver to assist guests in the proper use of equipment and to perform other job duties.
• Ability to lift up to sixty pounds and push and pull up to one hundred pounds of towels, equipment, and supplies.This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of cold, heat, wet/humid conditions, crowds, and noise.
• Incumbents are at times subject to hazards such as slippery conditions; proper safety precautions are taken.
• Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization.
