Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a global leader in specialty materials. This role offers the chance to step into a hands‑on leadership position, overseeing a tight‑knit team of five mechanics while owning maintenance strategy, capital improvements, and repair budgets for a complex manufacturing site. The hiring manager (Plant Manager) is seeking a change agent who is looking for more than a “keep things running” type of role. They’re looking for a true problem solver with a strong engineering foundation. The plant operates complex systems including large boilers, high‑horsepower compressors and fans, and bulk material handling equipment. They need someone who can dig into challenges, troubleshoot effectively, and identify creative, cost‑conscious solutions for repairs and upgrades.
