Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

Primary Care Physician role serving patients from birth and up (no OB)
100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care and Family Medicine setting
Full-time, weekdays only with an option to ask about a 4-day work week
Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
Phone call only - averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
Guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus
Sign-on bonus and relocation stipend offered
Loan repayment support available
Paid CME time off plus CME budget and reimbursed professional licenses and dues
Paid time off plus all company holidays
Retirement 401K with sizeable match
Family care benefits including emergency back-up care
Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
Access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
Robust staffing support including nursing and dedicated Medical Assistant
EPIC with Dragon, AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds required
