Schedule includes three early shifts and two late nights until 8pm. What You'll Do Build and manage a pipeline of employer relationships and job opportunities Coach students and graduates through their job search — from resume to offer Hit weekly and monthly placement targets that directly impact students' lives Run workshops, coordinate job fairs, and connect employers with our talent Work across departments to remove barriers and get graduates hired What We're Looking For Experience in sales, retail, restaurants, or any fast-paced service environment. Knowledge of skilled trades, transportation, or healthcare is a plus. You'll work directly with students, graduates, and employers at our Melrose Park Campus.
