We're hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT/RRT) for a full-time permanent Night Shift opportunity at a leading acute care hospital in Hudson, Florida.
Position Highlights
- Full-Time | Nights
- Rotating Weekends
- Pay: $27.09–$37.92/hour (based on experience)
- Night Differential: +$4.50/hour
- Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (Nights) | $10,000 (Days, if available)
- Relocation Assistance: Available (case by case)
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages
- Set up and manage ventilators and respiratory therapy equipment
- Administer routine and advanced respiratory treatments
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program (Associate's required; Bachelor's preferred)
- Active Florida Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) License
- Current BLS Certification
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire
- Acute care or hospital experience preferred
