Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $27.90 / Hour Job Schedule Thu: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations in accordance with site guidelines. Support day‑to‑day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing assigned reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or visitor interactions. Minimum Requirements A minimum of 5 years of security‑related experience. Supervisory experience. Customer service experience (preferred). Access control and badge experience (preferred). Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
