Full-Time Junior Construction Project Manager

This position will manage ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+, including data centers, industrial, large-scale commercial, higher education, and healthcare projects from preconstruction through project completion. Responsibilities ~1+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor ~ Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+ ~ Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare ~ Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills ~ Excellent communication and client relationship abilities Qualifications ~1+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor Required Skills Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+ Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
