What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
Perform service work including leaks, water heaters, fixtures, clogs, piping, sump pumps, garbage disposals, and more
Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, pricing, and recommendations
Install and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment as needed
Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation
Provide a clean, professional experience inside customer homes
Maintain company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment in top condition
Participate in training to continue growing your technical and customer service skills

What We're Looking For

2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Valid driver's license and clean driving record 21+ yrs old per company policy
Ability to pass background and drug screening
A positive, professional attitude and desire to help homeowners
