The Spina Insurance Agency s seeking ambitious professionals to join our Protégé Program, an elite career development program designed to help talented individuals build successful insurance careers through professional training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
You'll work alongside experienced Agency Owners, learn proven sales strategies, and develop the skills needed to become a trusted insurance advisor for individuals, families, and business owners.
Top performers may have the opportunity to advance into future leadership roles, including the potential to become a Farmers Agency Owner.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and marketing.
Help clients protect what matters most with personalized insurance solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Learn Personal, Commercial, Life, and Specialty Insurance products.
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
Achieve sales goals while growing your income and career.
