Business Development Manager Commercial Security Sales

We are seeking a Business Development Manager Commercial Security to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team.
Required Qualification:- 5+ years of successful B2B consultative sales of Commercial Security experience.
- Proven ability to develop new business through prospecting and relationship building.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience selling to business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience managing complex sales opportunities and longer sales cycles.
- Strong organization, territory management, and follow-up skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, presentations, and proposal tools.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel.
- Ability to conduct commercial site surveys in office, warehouse, construction, and industrial environments.
