Senior Program Manager, R2L Operations & Optimization Team (ROOT)

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will combine extensive project management expertise with strong analytical capabilities and innovative thinking to lead strategic initiatives from conception to completion. Key responsibilities include scoping and creating project plans, developing processes for supply chain and transportation networks, coordinating across teams, tracking timelines, and effectively communicating status, risks, and business challenges to senior management. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
