Production Supervisor

Working Production Supervisor US Lumber, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Working Production Supervisor to join our team to oversee our production operations. You'll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. Many of this position's responsibilities will be done in an outdoor environment. This is a first shift position, M-F 6:30am to 3:30pm. In this role you will focus on: Providing strong leadership and direction for a wood processing production team Being held accountable to attain daily production goals, manufacturing efficiencies and product quality Organizing machinery placement to maximize production flow Managing inventory usage and waste Being creative in utilizing all the material Being responsible for employee safety and direct a strong focus in maintaining a safe, clean & organized work environment Handling multiple projects and see projects through to a successful conclusion Qualifications: 3 to 5 years in Manufacturing Environment Basic Math and Analytical Skills Forklift Experience Must be willing to work in and tolerate outdoor environments in all seasons of the year Specialty Building Products is the leading distributor of specialty building products in North America.
