Senior Inventory Accountant

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their North America Controllership team. This role will be responsible for inventory accounting, month-end close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, inventory analysis, and internal controls. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting expertise, a collaborative mindset, and experience supporting inventory and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Prepare inventory-related journal entries and support monthly close activities. Lead inventory account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner. Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure accurate inventory accounting. Analyze inventory reserves, valuation, and inventory-related estimates. Support cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate variances, and recommend Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 3–5+ years of accounting experience with an emphasis on inventory, cost, or manufacturing accounting. Strong understanding of US GAAP and inventory valuation principles. Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets.
