Manufacturing Production Test Technician – Electromechanical exp required Pay Rate: $22.50/hr Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday–Friday) Training on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for 4–6 weeks JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Test Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, configuration, and repair of automated vial-filling machines. This role is critical to ensuring all equipment meets quality, performance, and customer specifications prior to shipment. Ideal candidates will have strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills and experience working with electronics and mechanical systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Testing & Quality Perform functional testing on vial-fill machines Validate performance, accuracy, safety, and reliability Document test results, defects, and corrective actions Ensure all units meet quality and customer specifications Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools Perform repairs, calibrations, and adjustments Collaborate with engineering and technical teams as needed Configuration & Software Install software and perform firmware updates Configure machines based on order requirements Verify programming accuracy and system functionality Production & Collaboration Support production schedules and shipping priorities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with training new technicians Provide feedback for process improvements Documentation & Compliance Record work accurately in MES or related systems Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED 3–5 years of hands-on electromechanical experience OR Associate’s degree in a technical field Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience using multimeters and diagnostic tools Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, and basic software) Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation Strong communication and teamwork skills ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must have reliable transportation Background check required prior to start Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed Steel/composite toe safety shoes required (safety glasses provided) If you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing .
