This strategic leadership role will help strengthen technical excellence, expand and enhance service offerings, develop technical leaders, and position AE2S to meet the evolving needs of municipalities, developers, industries, and communities across our growing geographic footprint. The Civil Practice Leader will provide leadership for a diverse portfolio of civil engineering services, including: Site Civil Engineering Municipal Engineering Land Development, Land Surveying Why This Opportunity Is Different This is not a regional role. As the Civil Practice Leader, you will: Shape AE2S’s national strategies on civil engineering projects Expand and strengthen technical capabilities across multiple states Influence project delivery across multiple states Build and scale a nationally recognized practice Collaborate with leadership across operations, client development, and strategy Responsibilities You’ll lead the strategy, technical direction, and growth of AE2S’ Civil Practice nationwide. Compensation And Total Rewards The anticipated salary range for this position is: $120,000-$200,000+ This salary range represents AE2S's good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, licensure, certifications, education, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
