• Join a team of 3 pediatricians in a health system-employed position
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with 4-day work week option
• 36 patient contact hours and 4 admin hours per week
• Each provider has a dedicated MA and access to a care coordinator
• 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient; see 20 - 22 patients daily in clinic
• Call rotation averages 12 days per month with strong backup resources
• Loan repayment opportunity and sign-on bonus with moving allowance
• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatricians encouraged to apply
