People Leader Partner (Cambridge, MA) The People Leader Partner manages a portfolio of People Leaders across various business, regional or functional areas that span multiple geographies. The role collaborates closely with People Business Partners to ensure leaders execute workforce strategy, align people practices with local rules, coach leaders, and drive high‑performing teams. Responsibilities Partner with leaders in Enterprise Finance to attract, develop, and retain top talent and build leaders’ capacity for transformation. Conduct exit interviews for key roles and incorporate feedback into team priorities and leadership strategies. Provide coaching to enhance leadership capabilities, foster high‑performing teams, and support performance management aligned with global and local guidelines. Maintain compliance with People Partner directions across countries, including legal limitations and labor law requirements. Model Philips culture, manage engagement, act on employee feedback, and ensure efficient onboarding of new members. Align organizational structure with business needs, optimize workforce costs, and manage grading of roles as required. Design impact assessments and strategies for business transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy‑in and smooth activation. Represent business context in union or worker council discussions, and coordinate legal handoffs when necessary. Manage medium‑complex environments across multiple business units and countries, applying independent judgment as required. Qualifications 3+ years of People Partnering or similar experience, preferably in a regional or global setting. 2+ years of relevant managerial experience with a Master’s degree in People Management, Change Management, HR Processes, or equivalent. Proven ability to coach, develop, and influence leaders, fostering a culture of high performance. Experience leading organizational change, business transformation, and impactful people initiatives. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, Change Management, or equivalent. Excellent communication, strategic influencing, and stakeholder management skills across geographies and cultures. Capacity to navigate ambiguity and complex situations, providing clear guidance and solutions. Autonomous thinker who can shape and execute strategies while aligning with the People Business Partner. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $105,000–$166,000 (Cambridge, MA).
