Job Summary:
The position is for an Ultrasonographer Echo Technician II at a healthcare facility located in Michigan City, Indiana. This role involves performing echocardiography procedures within a Cardiac Services department. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Michigan City, IN
• Position Role: Echo Technologist II
• Specialty: Ultrasonographer Echo
• Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and call shifts.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), 2+ years of experience in pediatric and stress echo procedures, experience with EPIC electronic medical records, and familiarity with pediatric stress echo.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Watchman device procedures, 3D echocardiography.
• Float: Float rotation may be required between inpatient, outpatient, and procedural units.
• Additional Information: Candidate must complete EPIC and routine corporate orientation prior to first day. Parking is available near Outpatient Entrance B at the FHMC Campus.
