We are looking for a friendly, dependable and organized individual to join our practice as a part-time Front Desk Receptionist.
Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, assisting with patient check-in and check-out, update patient information, collect copays and patient payments, scanning and organizing patient documents, and other general office duties.
No medical experience is necessary. We are happy to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, comfortable working with people and computers, and willing to learn. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, stay organized in a busy office environment, and have good attention to detail and recall.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
