Seasonal Technology Assistant

Job Overview Role / Level: Non-Certified Reports to: Technology Coordinator Duration: 6/1/2026 - 8/6/2026 Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8 am – 4:30 pm Pay Rate: $15.00 /hour Qualifications Effective oral and written communication skills Familiarity with Windows computers, Chromebooks, and iPads Ability to interact positively and effectively with staff, students, and families. Performance Responsibilities Use organizational skills to complete tasks independently or with others to meet established deadlines. Prepare devices for deployment which may include: unpacking and sorting devices, updating software, enrolling laptops, iPads, and chromebooks, and labeling devices for inventory. Assist with the organization and delivery of equipment for deployment and recycling. Problem‑solve and troubleshoot minor technology issues. Basic repair and support (batteries, screens, etc.) for devices. Perform other appropriate duties as assigned by the members of the Technology Department. The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet/moderate to loud. The employee is frequently required to interact with other staff and visitors. The employee is directly responsible for the safety and well‑being of students.
