We’re building the opening team for Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe in Keller, and we’re looking for an energetic Assistant Manager who wants to help create something great from day one.

You’ll help hire, train, and lead a strong team while introducing Keller to our oven-baked sandwiches, pizzas, soups, and salads. Even better, this position is designed for someone who wants to grow into the General Manager, based on performance and readiness.

If you’re a hands-on leader who can keep the team moving, customers smiling, and the restaurant running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Help lead the restaurant’s opening and daily operations
• Set the pace during busy shifts and keep the team focused
• Train, coach, and encourage team members
• Create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Solve problems quickly and calmly
• Work closely with ownership to learn every part of the business
• Prepare to take on greater responsibility as you progress toward the General Manager position
