Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator - Newville
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Newville. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of operations, ensuring that products are picked, prepared, and staged accurately and safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Shift Patterns
A Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 5:00am - 3:30pm (Four 10-hour shifts)
Pay Rates
18.50 USD hourly
Must-have Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, and Order/Cherry Picker
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
Desirable Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of warehouse experience
Basic computer or warehouse management system experience
Role for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
Pick, prepare, and stage products for shipment
Verify product quantities and types for accuracy
Load, unload, move, and stack materials using warehouse equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
