The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process. Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. Develop training and professional development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Foster a positive and productive workplace culture. Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Required Skills Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with HR software and employee management systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
