If you are a skilled nurse with a passion for cardiac care, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of our healthcare family.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously monitor patients' vital signs, EKG rhythms, and cardiac activity using Telemetry equipment.Perform thorough assessments of patients' conditions, document observations, and maintain accurate medical records.Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other nurses, to develop and implement individualized care plans.Provide patients and their families with education on cardiac conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal recovery and disease management.Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, initiate appropriate interventions, and alert healthcare providers as necessary.Adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Maintain proficiency in operating Telemetry equipment and other medical devices used in cardiac monitoring.Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as hospital policies and procedures.Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in patient care and interactions with colleagues.QualificationsCurrent Multi-State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and able to work in KY and IN.American Heart BLS and ACLS certifications required.NIH Stroke Scale Course (Through ASA) requiredMinimum 2 years of recent inpatient short term acute care nursing experience in Telemetry.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Access to ongoing training and development programs.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Meaningful work that makes a difference in patients' lives.Alto Health Care Staffing is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
