Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide efficient solutions to meet customer needs. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, faucets, and water heaters. Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems and identify potential problems or areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with customers, actively listening to their concerns and providing expert advice and recommendations. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety protocols. Document services performed, materials used, and time spent on each job accurately and efficiently. Uphold company values and policies, consistently representing the company in a professional and ethical manner. Lead Service Plumber Qualifications: Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent. Proven experience in residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance. Solid understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments. Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $27-$35 per hour with performance incentives.
