- Oversee Preventative Maintenance Program and Repairs for Ready-Mix Concrete Fleet, including Mixer trucks, Wheel-loaders, and various mobile equipment
- Maintain fleet as per Provincial Regulations, including service records and applicable documentations
- Oversee a team of mechanics, maintenance staff including Journeyman and Apprentices
- Other duties as assigned
- Journeyman Red Seal or Provincial Certification
- Experience working in the Ready-Mix field is an asset
- Proficient with Office 365 applications
- Strong mechanical aptitude with effective interpersonal skills
- Proficiency using diagnostic software
- Experienced with Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic system repairs and maintenance
- Class 5 license with clean Drivers Abstract required
- Class 1 or 3 license with clean Drivers Abstract an asset
- Follow and lead safe work practices
- Physically fit with the ability to work in conditions which may include varying weather and heavy lifting (50 lbs / 23 kgs)
