Providing essential customer support and order management, the full-time remote Account Specialist will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Key responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries regarding material and order status through phone, email, and meetings Coordinate issue resolution among customers, Boeing, and internal staff to maintain service quality Complete various administrative tasks, including order entry and customer status reporting as needed Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of previous customer service experience Solid computer skills beyond the basic level Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred Flexible scheduling availability, including potential overtime
