We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver exceptional services to students for a full school year, including maternity leave coverage. As part of a collaborative, student-focused environment near Glendale, AZ, you’ll support children’s communication growth and help them reach their fullest potential—whether in-person or via teletherapy.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric and/or school settings is a plus
- Proficiency in delivering teletherapy services is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual and group needs, both onsite and via teletherapy if required
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to coordinate services and support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and district guidelines
- Support students’ academic achievement by effectively addressing their communication barriers
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment
