Looking for a place that actually promotes from within?

What you'll do

Blend delicious, better-for-you smoothies to recipe
Prep and serve our Power Eats food - flatbreads, chicken bites, and more from the oven
Greet and engage every Guest to create a friendly, purpose-first experience
Prep fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
Run the register and handle payments accurately
Perform opening/closing and store checklist tasks
Keep the store clean, stocked, and ready

Why you'll love working here

Paid weekly - plus tips on every paycheck
Real raises - performance reviews with raises up to $1/hr, as often as every 3 months
Free uniform - provided at no cost to you
Employee smoothie discount on your shifts
Flexible scheduling around school, sports, and life
We promote from within - our Team Captains and Store Managers all started as Team Members (Team Member Team Captain Store Manager)

What we're looking for

At least 16 years old with reliable transportation
A "Guest comes first" attitude and the ability to connect with people
Energetic, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience in food service is a plus, but not required - we'll train you

Our purpose is an environment our team can brag about, built on our core values: We Are Better Together • We Keep Evolving • We Live Our Mission • We Do the Right Thing • We Focus and Finish. Smoothie King is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
