About the Role:

Our technology client is seeking a Senior Designer to join the Brand Maker Studio team, supporting the development and execution of high-impact brand, marketing, and product storytelling initiatives. This role will help shape and evolve the company's brand systems while creating compelling visual experiences that communicate new products, features, and company innovations across a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, define, and implement brand guidelines and design systems across the company's portfolio of brands

• Concept and execute creative campaigns and visual communications for products, features, and company initiatives

• Lead end-to-end design projects from concept through execution

• Elevate overall design quality and craft across marketing and brand touchpoints

• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the team's creative culture

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative solutions

• Present and defend design concepts to both creative and non-creative audiences

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of professional design experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful, high-quality design work

• Experience working in-house, agency, or freelance design environments

• Expert knowledge of:

o Branding and visual identity systems

o Typography

o Layout design

o Illustration and iconography

o Motion design systems

o UI design principles

• Highly proficient with:

o Adobe Creative Suite

o Figma

o Keynote

o Google Slides

• Ability to translate strategic thinking into polished creative execution

• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience partnering with hardware or product design teams

• Experience with emerging technologies such as:

o AR/VR

o Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Motion graphics expertise, especially in After Effects

• Experience working in Google Docs-driven project environments
