COS is a fashion brand known for exceptional quality and lasting design. The Sales Associate role supports our in‑store customer experience and operations. Job Description Greet customers and provide high‑level service throughout the store, including cash desk, fitting rooms, and shop floor. Assist customers with product knowledge and styling advice. Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise new garments on the sales floor. Maintain a welcoming environment that showcases the brand’s aesthetic and values. Qualifications Customer‑focused: Enjoy engaging with people and delivering excellent service. Adaptable and flexible: Respond quickly to changing priorities and customer requests. Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred but not Mandatory Understanding of store operations and prior retail experience. Confidence in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, and sizing. Additional Information Part‑time position with a contract of 10–20 hours per week. Compensation: $17.50 per hour.
