Plant Manager

We are conducting a search for a hands-on Plant Manager to lead operational transformation for a growing manufacturing operation in the building products industry.
This is not a maintenance-style Plant Manager role. We are seeking a leader with proven success optimizing production flow, improving plant efficiency, strengthening quality systems, and building a high-performance culture on the manufacturing floor.
Key priorities include:
- Production optimization / linear flow improvements
- Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement
- Quality management systems and process discipline
- Team leadership, accountability, and employee engagement
- Plant-level operational leadership with P&L responsibility
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong background in production/process optimization
- Experience leading Lean initiatives with measurable results
- Hands-on leadership style and strong floor presence
- Ability to drive change and create operational accountability
Experience within manufacturing environments are required.
Location: Greater Philadelphia area
Compensation: $150K–$180K base
