Responsibilities As a valued member of the healthcare team, and under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are responsible for providing and documenting care that supports patients' activities of daily living. This includes: Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming Maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment Practicing basic infection control procedures Ensuring adequate nutrition and fluid intake Recognizing and responding appropriately to emergencies You will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining respect for patient dignity, autonomy, and individual routines. Licensure Oregon: Current CNA certificate required. Washington: Current CNA certificate or NAR license (Nursing Assistant Registered) required. An NAR-licensed CHT has 120 days to obtain the CNA certificate. If performing phlebotomy tasks (capillary or venous blood draws), those who perform this job in the State of Washington must be a Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist. BLS for Provider certificate from the American Heart Association required. Pay Range USD $22.32 - USD $31.90 /Hr.
