RN Hospice Care Operations Lead

Emrald Coast Hospice, part of Gentiva, is seeking a Patient Care Manager Specialist to lead patient care delivery across designated hospice markets, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. The role requires an active RN license, at least 3 years of direct patient care, and 2 years in hospice or home-based care, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will facilitate IDG meetings, coach clinical staff, and ensure accurate documentation and adherence to Medicare, #J-18808-Ljbffr
