We have a great opportunity to join a company as an Purchasing Support Specialist in the city of La Palma, 90623.Position Details:Title: Administrative SupportSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay Rate: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experienceStart Date: ImmediatePosition Summary:The Administrative Support role will assist the Purchasing Department with an increased administrative workload related to tariff management and daily department operations.Key Responsibilities:Update and maintain the Tariff Database with current information.Monitor and distribute tariff-related emails to the appropriate team members.Assist with system updates and data maintenance for the Tariff Country of Origin project.File and organize purchasing and import documentation.Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing team as assigned.Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong skills in Microsoft Excel.Excellent email communication and organizational skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Previous administrative or purchasing support experience is preferred.You should be proficient in:Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
