What you'll actually do:

• Have genuine conversations with families about their learning goals
• Recommend the right solutions and guide them to a confident decision
• Hit clear, measurable targets (and get rewarded when you beat them)

Compensation:

• $53,600 target — $41,600 base ($20/hr) + $12,000 variable (after training)
• Top performers earn $80,000+
• Advancement based on results, not tenure

Schedule (Central Time):

• Paid Training Schedule (Virtual | 6 weeks total):
  • Training for all 6 weeks will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch taken at the same time each day).
• Post-Training Schedule: After successful completion of training, your permanent schedule will be one of the options below (Central Time). Exact assignment will be reviewed during the interview process.
  • Schedule Option A: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
  • Schedule Option B: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat | 12:00 PM–8:00 PM CT
  • Schedule Option C: Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
  • Schedule Option D: Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat | 12:00 PM–8:00 PM CT
  • Schedule Option E: Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
  • Schedule Option F: Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat | 12:00 PM–8:00 PM CT
• You'll need to be available for all training hours and your permanent (possibly split-shift) schedule.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (recent grads encouraged to apply!)
• Drive to hit goals and a coachable, growth mindset
• Strong communication skills and genuine care for the people you talk to
• Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn AI tools
• A reliable, distraction-free remote work setup
• Bonus: any teaching, tutoring, campus leadership, or customer-facing experience
