Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (1st Shift)

Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Material Handling: Safely off-load incoming freight, break down shipments, and build organized pallets.
• Inventory & Stocking: Stock incoming inventory on designated shelves accurately.
• Order Picking: Efficiently pull and select orders to prepare them for shipment.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, order picker, and box cutters.
• Shipping Prep: Shrink-wrap finished pallets and load delivery trucks for our drivers.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: At least 6 months of recent, continuous warehouse experience.
• Equipment Skills: Prior experience operating forklifts and floor jacks is highly preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably throughout the shift.
• Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a cold- storage/temperature -controlled environment ranging from -10 to 38 degrees (proper gear/layers recommended).
• Screening: Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug screen.
