Requirements:

• 1 year of warehouse exp preferred
• Previous Wms experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft - Outlook, Excel & Teams

This position reports to the Operations Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining and balancing the inbound and outbound process of the Warehouse Management System (Wms) to insure daily production needs are met, provide timely communications to other departments and leadership personnel, and support all other warehouse operation functions and personnel as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years warehouse experience

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) Working knowledge of Wms systems

Forklift experience

Equipment certification may be required, depending on location

Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (Kpi) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance

Create and maintain daily dock schedules

Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses

Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing Wms down to the floor

Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders

Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates

Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports

Perform other duties as required or assigned
