What You'll Do
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV documentation
- Review sales and trade paperwork for accuracy
- Process title payoffs and obtain required documentation
- Maintain title records, logs, and temporary tag inventory
- Work with DMV offices, lenders, and outside vendors
- Research and resolve title or registration issues
- Ensure paperwork meets state and dealership requirements
- Provide additional Business Office administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Automotive title, DMV, or dealership office experience preferred
- Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
- DealerTrack, Arkona, or other dealership software experience is a plus
- Notary certification is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
