Associate, Sales Support Staff

Job Title: Associate, Sales Support Staff Position Summary Sales Support Staff Assistant will be responsible for supporting external business development and consulting, with a focus on assisting Elevation Point’s clients on investment solutions, implementing client portfolios, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners. This is a versatile role that blends sales support, client service and internal/external collaboration to achieve the highest Key Responsibilities Business Development Support & Relationship Management Support the education and onboarding of advisors to Elevation Point’s investment management platform. Assist in delivering total portfolio investment solutions which may include additional technology and operational features like margin, securities based lending, direct indexing and dollar cost averaging. Serve as the secondary liaison with specific vendor relationships. Work with Due diligence department to provide timely quarterly performance updates explaining manager or strategy performance. Act as point of contact for advisor internal teams with client portfolio or manager‑related questions, coordinating internally to provide information. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Provide clear, concise instructions to internal and external contacts related to portfolio management, implementation and ongoing sales support tasks in the CRM. Coordinate marketing material creation and updates across Elevation Point departments to ensure timely and consistent communication with partners. Assist with audits, compliance checks, and preparation of audit files related to external business development. Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across internal business units. Product & Market Expertise Maintain knowledge of mutual funds, SMAs, alternatives, model programs, and derivatives (solutions involving options) available through the TAMP. Stay current on manager performance and investment styles. Maintain an understanding of technology and operational capabilities in relationship to investment offerings and portfolio design. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred. 4+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management as a Finance Assistant, Financial Advisor Assistant, or similar role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, relationship management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, technology and investment operations.
