Automotive Technician

Automotive Technician Position: Automotive Technician Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and fluid checks. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues using diagnostic equipment. Repair or replace engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and other vehicle components. Complete vehicle inspections and identify recommended repairs. Perform alignments, tire mounting, balancing, and battery replacements. Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Communicate repair findings and recommendations to management. Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic preferred. ASE Certification is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
