We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer with AI expertise to support Appian platform stability, intelligent automation, AI-driven troubleshooting, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have strong Appian experience along with knowledge of GenAI, AIOps, predictive monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled application support.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure stability, reliability, and scalability of Appian applications through RCA, AI-assisted diagnostics, and continuous improvement
- Lead resolution of complex L2/L3 production issues using AIOps, predictive monitoring, and intelligent alerting
- Drive problem management through automation, AI-enabled root-cause analysis, and self-healing mechanisms
- Optimize Appian application performance using AI-driven analysis and predictive capacity planning
- Govern application releases and changes in alignment with Appian CoE standards
- Leverage AI-based risk assessment and validation for release and change activities
- Contribute to Appian CoE platform governance, reusable components, standards, and best practices
- Design and integrate AI/GenAI solutions including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), NLP, chatbots, and intelligent decisioning
- Promote AI-assisted development and hyperautomation to reduce manual effort
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled knowledge management, runbooks, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides
- Monitor application health, performance, risks, incidents, and AI-driven optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with architects, developers, infrastructure, operations, security, and business teams
- Mentor team members on Appian development, AI adoption, automation, and CoE practices
- Ensure AI solutions follow enterprise security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards
- Provide leadership updates on platform health, risks, incidents, and optimization opportunities
- 8 10 years of total IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Appian development and platform management
- Experience supporting complex L2/L3 Appian production environments
- Strong knowledge of RCA, problem management, performance tuning, and application stability
- Experience with AIOps, predictive monitoring, intelligent alerting, or AI-assisted diagnostics
- Experience with automation and self-healing solutions
- Strong understanding of GenAI and intelligent automation concepts
- Experience integrating AI solutions such as IDP, NLP, chatbots, or AI-based decisioning
- Knowledge of Appian CoE governance, reusable components, standards, and best practices
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and mentoring skills
