Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Plymouth, New Hampshire.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Labor and Delivery\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/05/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, rotating\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Rotating, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 5, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring high-risk OB experience and current fetal monitoring skills.Details\n \n Work in a Labor & Delivery/OB unit managing high-risk pregnancies\n Manages conditions such as preterm labor, high blood pressure, diabetes, VBAC, prenatal testing, and amniocentesis\n Provides childbirth education classes\n Care spans patient check-in through pre/post care and discharge\n Rotating day and night shifts, two days and one night per week, 36 hours weekly\n 12-hour shifts\n Every other weekend required\n No on-call requirements\n Requirements\n \n Active RN license (NH or Compact) currently in hand\n Current certifications: BLS (AHA), AWHONN, and NRP\n Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery/OB experience required\n Fetal monitoring experience required\n Labor & Delivery skills checklist completed within the past year required\n One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required\n Additional Information\n \n Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care\n Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred\n Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered\n RTO requests should be limited to 5 days\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-748918.
