Are you interested in being an agent of change on a team committed to achieving client-focused, mission-driven excellence?Steampunk is seeking a Project Manager who is creative and is a hands-on expert with delivering innovative technology solutions.Responsibilities will include team leadership for the complete life cycle of solution development and delivery, providing Agile Project Management support and Scrum Master support for Agile teams, coordinating with product owners and stakeholders on prioritzing the backlog, creating release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendations, and establishing technical practices and release management standards that align with the customer's process. This individual will also ensure the team is following, and effective at, Agile scrum processes as well as driving high client satisfaction.ContributionsYou will work with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and requirements. Working with our team's Technical Lead, you will ensure that any designs align with our client's objectives. One of your key functions is to learn how things worked in the past, present data about how things are now, and show how it can improve by creating assets such as system maps and diagrams.QualificationsQualificationsRequiredAuthorized to work for any U.S. employee and ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance8+ managing IT projects using agile methodologies and approaches8+ year experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies8+ years hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influenceAbility to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutionsFlexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and peopleExcellent interpersonal/communication skillsExperience working in a studio / human centered design approachDemonstrated experience leading Salesforce implementation efforts across the full project lifecycle including planning, backlog and requirements management, delivery oversight, stakeholder coordination, and release management.Experience coordinating closely with product owners, technical architects, and development teams to translate mission and business needs into delivered Salesforce capabilities.Salesforce certification preferred such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Cloud certification, demonstrating familiarity with platform capabilities and delivery practices PreferredPMP or PMI CAPM preferredCertified Scrum MasterAbout steampunkSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $175,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
