We are hiring for our fast-growing event marketing firm that partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to raise awareness and acquire long-term supporters through face-to-face event marketing.

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Event Sales Representatives . Whether you’re a recent college graduate, former athlete, hospitality professional, or simply someone who enjoys working with people, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed.

No experience? No problem. We promote 100% from within and are committed to developing future leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns

• Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations

• Educate potential supporters about each organization’s mission and community impact

• Enroll new monthly supporters

• Learn proven communication, marketing, and sales techniques

• Participate in daily coaching and leadership development

• Work alongside a high-energy, goal-oriented team

Compensation

• Daily fee

• Uncapped commission

• Performance bonuses

• Weekly pay

• Typical first-year earnings: $35,000–$55,000
