Resident Care Director (Nurse Manager) Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner is a senior living community located at 2121 Central St, Stoughton, MA, ranked #1 in The Boston Globe’s 2024 List of Top Places to Work and #35 in the nation by USA Today. The Resident Care Director is responsible for managing, directing, and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents, including assisted living and our specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia care neighborhood. The role also oversees the training and management of our CNAs and serves as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians and care providers. Available Shifts Full Time: Monday‑Friday schedule with on‑call and rotating manager‑on‑duty weekend support. Pay & Benefits Annual rate starting at $100,000. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Manage, direct and develop comprehensive care programs for all residents. Oversee the training and management of CNAs. Serve as liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians and care providers. Provide on‑call support for staff and community. Requirements / What We Expect A passion for working with seniors; a collaborative mindset that values teamwork; excellent communication skills; a tech‑forward approach to daily operations; and the ability to maintain professional integrity and build trust, especially in challenging situations. This position requires an LPN or RN who is a graduate of an approved nursing program with a valid Massachusetts nursing license, or otherwise meets the requirements of Assisted Living regulations, or an equivalent.
