Oak Street Health New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship – Harvey Park, Denver, CO Bilingual Spanish Preferred. Overview Start your NP career in a value‑based care model, focusing on older adults in a 12‑month paid fellowship. Fellows build patient panels, learn from preceptors, and complete didactic content that expands on graduate training. Program Details All fellows commit to working at Oak Street for at least one year after the fellowship. Two cohorts begin September and March each year. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary for this location is $100,000. One‑year paid program. Fellows commit to a second year of employment with Oak Street Health following the fellowship. Requirements Family, adult, or adult‑gerontology primary care nurse practitioners graduating between Dec 2024 and May 2026. Reside in, or willing to relocate to, the Fellowship program location for at least the next two years. Have not yet worked as an NP. Have at least one year of experience, within the last five years, working as an adult RN. Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program. Have passed, or are in the process of passing, NP board examinations by 6/6/2026. Hold or will obtain by 8/3/2026 an active, non‑probationary state NP license. Genuine passion for adult primary care. Supportive attitude toward older adults. Embrace teamwork and collaboration with colleagues. Want to be part of an innovative, empirically guided population health model.
