We continue to grow, which provides amazing opportunities for our team members to expand their careers.What You'll Be Doing:Recruit, motivate and retain a team of high-performing and driven AssociatesWork closely with the Associates to improve morale by motivating through effective coaching and facilitating personal growthWork with other department leaders to cultivate a welcoming and team-focused environmentPlan and execute production schedules while overseeing production processesEnsure assigned shipping bays are complete and ready for the loading teams in the allotted time frameCommunicate effectively with Associates and all levels of managementIdentify and celebrate operational successes; develop and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities and address areas of improvement, and execute accordinglyManage department budget, ensuring department goals are met or exceededStrategically manage department operations in compliance with company policies and visionInitiate, coordinate and effectively manage compliance of optimal operational policies and proceduresMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and securityWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 2 years of college or equivalentFour years of warehouse experience, of which two years must involve warehouse department managementExpertise in warehouse management procedures and best practicesProven ability to implement process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Ability to manage details, appreciate complexity, and champion problem solvingStrong leadership skills, flexible and innovative with a collaborative styleHands on experience with warehouse management software and databasesStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to bend, stand, walk for prolonged period of timeAble to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekendsBe at least 18 years of ageAble to submit to a Drug Test and Background InvestigationWhat's In It For You?Benefits and PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits & perks package including 401k + company match, profit sharing, vision, dental, health and life insurance, disability coverage, vacation, sick time, holiday pay, award winning wellness & fitness programs, employee discounts on furniture, and more!We continue to offer a better way to shop for furniture through innovation, fast delivery, first-rate service, honesty and integrity.
