We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team on a 17-week contract in Claremont, NH . As an LNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and dignity for our residents and patients.
Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight)
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing staff
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and safety equipment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and ethical standards of care
Current LNA license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure)
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR certification (current and valid)
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of LNA experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Reliable transportation and ability to commit to the full 17-week contract
