Senior Medical Science Writer - Onsite

Senior Medical Science Writer at Medtronic's Neuromodulation Operating Unit develops and communicates scientific evidence supporting therapies through publications, literature reviews, and presentations. The role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure scientific content accuracy and regulatory compliance, based onsite in Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and summarize scientific literature relevant to Neuromodulation therapies
- Develop peer-reviewed manuscripts based on clinical studies and evidence-generation activities
- Create and submit scientific abstracts and presentations for professional conferences
- Review promotional and scientific materials for accuracy and evidence alignment
- Prepare responses to regulatory, audit, and submission-related scientific inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's with 4+ years medical writing, scientific communications, or clinical research experience
- Demonstrated experience authoring scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations
- Experience reviewing and interpreting clinical and scientific literature
- Background in regulated healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for scientific document development
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire
